Certifiers can review and countersign modifications in ModVault using a 6-digit handover code or a shareable signing link, without creating an account. The result is a hashed, tamper-evident certificate record tied to the vehicle and the evidence.

Owners arrive with a finished car and a fragment of the evidence you need. Photographs of the mounts before they were boxed in do not exist. • The owner logs each modification with its VSB14 section as the build progresses
• Staged photographs, parts specifications and receipts attach to the modification, dated

• The record is hashed — later changes are visible, so your sign-off means something
